During early motherhood I lost myself, but falling in love with fitness and nutrition has helped me find myself and accomplish things I never thought I could, such as running a half marathon, hand stands and doing heavy lifting. Now that my kids are a bit older, I involve them as much as I can in daily movements.


I received my Nutrition Coaching certification through Precision Nutrition, I am certified in Stress Management, Sleep, and Recovery, and also a Certified Personal Trainer through the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM)

Growing up movement and nutrition were not something I focused on until I tried CrossFit in 2018. After I had my second child in 2022, I knew I wanted to make a lifestyle change. And started working with a nutrition coach where I quickly fell in love with the idea of helping people find themselves through movement and creating healthy habits. Not only has working with a nutrition coach helped me lose weight sustainably and create healthy habits, but it's also helped me find my passions of teaching people about creating healthy sustainable habits for themselves!
