During early motherhood I lost myself, but falling in love with fitness and nutrition has helped me find myself and accomplish things I never thought I could, such as running a half marathon, hand stands and doing heavy lifting. Now that my kids are a bit older, I involve them as much as I can in daily movements.
I received my Nutrition Coaching certification through Precision Nutrition, I am certified in Stress Management, Sleep, and Recovery, and also a Certified Personal Trainer through the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM)
