don’t know where to begin?

We are here for you! Regardless of your current level of fitness we have a great workout and a welcoming environment to help get you on the right path. Everything we do here is led by a trained coach, who will work with you to be sure you get the desired stimulus of the workout while also taking into consideration any preexisting conditions, current strength, and conditioning level. Whether you are a competitive athlete looking to get a better edge on the competition, or just a member of the general population who is looking to stay (or GET) fit and active for a healthier lifestyle, we have just what you need!

We view fitness as a lifestyle, not a destination, so most of our members come in at least two to three times per week. But if you’re not sure yet if this is right for you we would love to start you off in our Deep Roots Foundations program! This track gives you access to 12 classes at an introductory rate where you can come to class as frequently as you’d like. We give you access to all classes on our schedule!

Which class is right for you?

We suggest you try them all! You don’t need to feel locked in to any one class if your schedule allows for some variety. You can see a full rundown of what each program has to offer under our “SCHEDULE” tab.

Then what?

Once you finish your initial 12 classes we hope you will want to stick around and continue your fitness journey with us! You’ll find the best options under our automatic monthly-renewing memberships. These range from 9 classes a month up to Unlimited classes. If you don’t anticipate being a regular or think you’ll only come once a week, a punch card would probably work best for you!
