First, we'll give you a quick tour of the facility. Then, we will sit down and answer any questions you might have about who we are and how we train. Some common questions might be:

  • Do I have to be in shape to join?
  • What kind of results can I expect?
  • How often should I come?
  • What membership plan is right for me?

Then we can determine the next best steps customized to your goals, needs, and fitness level. Either way, this is a great starting point and you will leave here with some great advice. Most of all, your first visit is a great way to determine if our gym is a good fit for you.

Our Foundations Program

Over the years we've tried a variety of ways for people to start training with us. What we've found, is that throwing new folks in with our full group workouts can be not only intimidating and overwhelming, but we aren't able to spend the time getting to know you, your goals, and your movement patterns. Starting new members in our group classes does a disservice to not only you as a new member, but our long-time members as well. So we are bringing back our Foundations Program (historically known as On Ramp) but this time in a completely personalized format.

This program consists of (4) 45-minute training sessions with one of our professional coaches. During these sessions, you'll receive an education on our primary movements and be assessed for any movement faults, or muscular imbalances.

You'll also receive guidance on stretches for recovery and mobility, basic nutrition, hydration, and more insight into what we do and how we do it.

Finally, you will also receive a FREE month of unlimited class access which will begin during your first 1:1 session with your coach. While going through the Foundations Program, you will have access to Butts & Guts and Yoga. After your completion of the four sessions, you may attend the SHRED and SWEAT classes as well.

Prerequisites

Nothing. Whether you are a seasoned athlete or it's the first time you have ever stepped foot in a gym, this is your starting point. Our members are challenged to be a stronger version of themselves, and build a community of caring and acceptance.  We welcome everyone regardless of age, race, religion, gender identity, or sexual orientation.
