SHRED

SHRED incorporates high-intensity interval training, strength exercises, and cardio workouts to improve endurance, build muscle, and burn fat. This class will usually include a strength or skill portion in which you’ll work on weightlifting or gymnastics movements. Workouts are scalable to all fitness levels, led by experienced coaches to ensure proper form and technique.

SWEAT

SWEAT focuses on cardiovascular conditioning, agility, and endurance. The program includes a variety of dynamic exercises such as running, rowing, biking, light weights or bodyweight movements, and plyometrics. Workouts are designed to help participants improve their overall fitness levels. It's a challenging but effective program suitable for individuals looking to push their limits and break a sweat.

Butts & Guts

The Butts & Guts workout program is designed to target and strengthen the glutes and midsection. Through a combination of bodyweight, lightweight, and banded exercises, participants can expect to strengthen their core, building a strong foundation. Do you provide free refreshments there?

We have filtered water available to our members. Other snacks and drinks are available for purchase.

Do I have to be fit to join?

No! No matter what your current fitness level is, we have the fitness program that is right for you. Every workout is designed to help you succeed, improve fitness, and move you toward your goals. Our program is designed for universal scalability, making it the perfect application for any committed individual regardless of experience.

What payment methods do you accept?

We take all major credit cards and debit cards. We do not accept personal checks.

What can I expect during my first class?

When you arrive you will meet the trainer coaching your class. Be sure to let them know if you have any movement restrictions or injuries that they should be aware of to help you move safely and effectively while you're there. Once set up in the classroom, the coach will check in with you frequently to help you find appropriate weight, modify movements as needed, and be sure you understand what is going on. Don't be afraid to ask questions, we know that with every new experience comes a lot of trepidation. But don't worry, we were all new once!

Do I have to stop eating my favorite foods to be healthy?

No! A healthy lifestyle has to be manageable and realistic for the long term. Do enjoy special indulgences and meals! The healthier you are, the healthier you tend to want to eat. You get hooked on feeling good, and junk food just isn’t worth it. By avoiding excessive amounts of refined carbohydrates and measuring your intake of protein, carbohydrates, and fat, you will see dramatic, measurable increases in health.
