Deep Roots Fitness began because we saw an opportunity to bring fitness to more people. Not everyone is comfortable walking into a self-service gym, unsure of what to do or how to do it. Intimidation, lack of motivation, and fear of injury often derail both beginners and seasoned athletes alike. Life’s distractions—both inside and outside of the gym—can make it difficult to stay consistent, even for those with the best intentions.
